Our Saraswati Puja and its associated music, dance, speaking and celebrations existed before the Sankalpa name. The exact first year is unconfirmed. The name has been used locally for approximately six or seven years, according to the organisers; this is an estimate, not a registration date.

The initial organising circle includes the Banerjee extended family, neighbours, friends and people who contribute their time or voluntary support. Family continuity is part of this origin. It does not create inherited governance, membership or ownership rights.

Sankalpa Sanskriti Parishad is currently an unregistered community initiative. Private land is used with the owner’s permission for the Puja arrangements; it is not transferred to the Parishad. A clubhouse, entity bank account, formal legal status and tax recognition must be separately verified.

Our next step is to agree the rules, responsibilities and realistic pilots together. We want a rooted institution that records decisions, respects people across caste divisions and tests its work through evidence. Future centres, schools and branches remain aspirations requiring lawful review and capacity.

Our vision includes thoughtful study of Sanatana dharma, nīti, practices, theology and source-led Indian history. Prachar should help people understand their roots through accurate sources, ethical conduct and respectful discussion. Unity beyond caste divisions is central to that work.

For younger generations, cultural understanding can sit alongside reading circles, writing, debates, extempore and clear articulation. Proposed practical learning includes responsible AI, technology literacy, financial education and entrepreneurship mentoring. These are directions for supervised pilots, not announcements of running courses or guaranteed outcomes.

A useful pilot needs an agreed audience, qualified mentor, bounded scope, safety plan, lawful permissions and a realistic budget. Youth activities require a separate guardian-led and safeguarding process. Physical disciplines require qualified instructors and specific safety review.

We will learn by documenting what actually happens: attendance with consent, useful outputs, participant feedback, costs and follow-up decisions. Financial support, lending, schools, research centres and overseas units are separate future feasibility questions. No credit, accreditation or tax benefit is promised by joining.
