The community initiative is currently unregistered. Legal form, office arrangements, PAN, institutional bank acceptance and any tax or funding approvals remain to be established and documented. Domain and email ownership alone do not create NGO or tax status.
Reported use of privately owned land is limited to puja-time permission. No title transfer, permanent office or year-round programme permission is assumed.

- Document the proposal, responsible person and alternatives.
- Review need, lawful authority, cost and conflicts.
- Record the competent body’s decision and abstentions.
- Assign implementation, evidence and a review date.
Formation choices to review
Society
Suitable to examine for a participatory membership body. Verify current West Bengal registration process, founder and office evidence, governing rules and returns.
Public religious / charitable trust
A trustee-led model needing jurisdiction-specific advice on instruments, property, execution, stamping, recording and administration.
Section 8 company
A corporate nonprofit model to examine with a company secretary, including lawful objects, incorporation, governance and recurring compliance.

Funding & financial transparency
Past celebrations have been supported collectively by organisers, family, friends and others. Actual amounts and opening cash/bank positions need reconciliation. The website does not currently collect money, issue tax certificates or provide loans. Contact us to discuss support; lawful collection arrangements will be documented separately.
Donation deductions, CSR/grant eligibility and acceptance of foreign contributions require separate professional review and approvals where applicable. No benefit or eligibility is promised.
